These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 7azbd platform and the user of this platform ("User" or "you"). By using the 7azbd website and its applications, registering, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account with 7azbd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must own an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, and contact details accurately.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.
• One person may open only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You have not voluntarily placed yourself on a self-exclusion list.

Prohibition on Multiple Accounts

If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, 7azbd reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all bonuses. Legitimately deposited funds may be returned, but this is at the discretion of 7azbd.

Deposit Terms

• To make a deposit at 7azbd, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — no deposit below this amount will be processed.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
• 7azbd reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds. Suspicious transactions may be held pending review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes.
• Completing KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal amounts must be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,500 in bonus funds.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• A promotion may be claimed only once — claiming it repeatedly or through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a deposit is made before claiming a bonus, that deposit may not be eligible for the bonus.
• 7azbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed fraudulently, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

VIP and Cashback Program

The 7azbd VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher VIP tiers is based on regular gaming activity and active engagement with the platform. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.

Fair Play Policy

7azbd operates under a fair play policy. All games are run using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

• Any attempt to influence or manipulate gaming outcomes in any way is prohibited.
• Bots, automation software, or any third-party interference are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets in fraudulent collaboration with other users ("collaborative cheating").

Password and Login Protection

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your 7azbd account. Keep your password confidential and follow the security advice below:

• Use a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone — 7azbd will never ask for your password by phone or message.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to support immediately.

Account Suspension and Closure

7azbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If the user refuses to complete KYC verification or fails to submit the required documents.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• At the user's own request as part of responsible gaming.

Severability

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 7azbd and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this agreement.
